Showing all 10Injured party cut eye off of a jack on a 992 loader. The eye off the jack fell and struck another piece of the loader and bounced and landed on the top of his left foot buising it.

Inj EE was washing down his service truck when the steam jenny handle busted in his hand. Steam want was a ST-1500. Do not beleive the steam jenny had anything to do with this. The handles are abused and this probably caused the want or handle to bust. EE did not miss any work.
The dozer was down and several mechanics were working trying to get the track off. As the track was coming over the sprocket, one of the bushings got in a bind and a piece of metal popped off the tip of the sprocket, striking injured party under his right eye on his face.
Injured party was trying to pull start a gasoline pump. After the second time he pulled the start cord, it did not catch as it should have, causing the injured party to strike his left hand against a piece of equipment.
