On 2/4/10 EE was trying to get ton bag off the run. He squatted, put his back to bag and pushed and felt pain in right knee (he declined medical attention on that day). On 3/3/2010 EE reaggravated knee, while stepping off portable ladder to the ground his knee gave out. Sought medical attention on 3/3/2010.
