EE was working on replacing wear iron in the Sag Mill. He had his hand on the boom of the lining machine. The boom was retracted and his hand was caught between two of the boom sections. He did go to the doctor and received stitches in his left hand.

Showing all 4EE was working in the mill, he was replacing a grease cover on a lube system for the regrind mill. EE extened his arms above his head to place the cover and in doing so he felt a pain in his left arm and shoulder, Went to Dr and was placed on on light duty limiting the use of his left arm.
EE was opening the crusher shack door. His index finger on his right hand had gotten caught between the door and the door jam. He was taken to the hospital were he received three stitches in his finger.
EE was setting light plants up for the night mine crew. He was attempting to attach Q15 light plant to his pickup, light plant jack was to low so EE attempted tp lift the light plant onto his truck hitch. In doing so he strained his lower back, he went to Dr 7/8/08 and was placed in light duty.
