Employee was placing an aerosol can into a vehicle when they fumbled the the can and it began to fall. They reached for the can, but as the can was falling it struck the rear of the vehicle and got punctured. The puncture created a lacerated to left thumb. Employee was wearing rubber gloves at the time of injury due to handling a chemical.

Injured Employee's left pinky finger was caught under a piece of stone at the chopper and smashed.

Employee was moving rock out of a pile by hand using gloves. Rock slid from above hand pinching right pointer finger.
Laborer was palletizing rock and didn't move hand fast enough. Smashed left pointer finger between rock ee was holding and rock already on the pallet. EE was wearing gloves.
A finger was smashed between the rock and the chopper table. One finger damaged on the left hand. No blood or swelling of the finger. It became reportable due to restrictions from the doctor to not lift more than 5 pounds.
