HE FINISED THE SHIFT AND WORKED THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT, SO THERE WAS O IMMEDIATE LOST TIME. HE TOOK A PERSONNEL DAY ON MAY 11,1999, THAT WAS THE ONLY DAY HE HAD MISSED UNTIL TODAY. HE HAD A DISPUT WITH HIS SUPERVISOR ON 6-11-99 & THEN DECIDED TO SEE A DR.
