I.NAME AN OPERATING ENGINEER WAS ATTEMPTING TO USE AN AEROSOL SPRAY CAN OF DEGREASER HE HAD THE NOZZLE TURNED BACKWARDS & DEGREASER WAS DISCHARGED INTO HIS RT EYE ADVISED THAT THE NOZZLE WAS DEFECTIVE OPERATOR SUFFERED CHEMICAL BURNS TO THE RIGHT EYE
