THE EMPLOYEE HAD FINISHED BOLTING A PLACE AN STARTED TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE MACHINE WHEN HIS GLOVE GOT CAUGHT ON A BOLT IN THE BOLT STORAGE TRAY OF THE MACHINE CAUSING HIM TO JERK HIS ARM THIS CAUSING HIM TO PULL A MUSCLE OR PINCH A NERVE IN HIS LOWER NECK.
