EE WAS LIFTING CRIB BLOCKS. HE SAID HE FELT A PULL IN HIS LEFT ABDOMEN AREA. THIS ACCIDENT HAPPENED ON 2/22/03. HAD NO LOST TIME UNTIL HE WAS OPERATED ON 4/16/03 FOR DOUBLE HERNIA.
