UPON START UP OF PLANT KEN TURNED ALL EQUIPMENT AND PUMP MOTORS ON THAT TREAT THE POND SOX CLAY WITH CHEMICALS THAT IS PUMPED TO THEM. KEN STARTED TO CHANGE OUT TO A FULL DRUM OF CHEMICALS. THE 55 GAL. DRUMMINS SLIGHT BENT INWARDS TO ONE LOCATIONS AND WHEN HE REMOVED THE PLUG THE SOLUTION CALL FLOC CHOT OUT ONTO HIS FACE AND HEAD. HIS EYES BECAME IRRITATED.

I NAME AND W NAME WERE LIFTING A PUMP OUT OF THE BACK END OF A PICKUP WHEN W NAME DROPPED HIS END LEAVING I NAME WITH ALL THE WEIGHT OF THE PUMP REULTING IN AN INJURY TO I NAME LOWER BACK WHIC H WAS A PULLED MUSCLE
