EE stated he was removing a pipe on the clean up pump. When putting it back together, he smashed his finger between the motor guard and the pipe.

Employee informed supervisor on 10-19-06 that he hit his head on the door support while getting out of grader. He did not miss work or complain about this injury until 1-4-07 at which time he informed his doctor about this injury.

Employee was removing wear liners from dozer blade when the middle liner that was resting on the blade and ground slipped and slid forward pinning the technician's right ankle/leg to the ground.
