EMPLOYEE SAID HE WAS LIFTING ROCK FROM SCOOP DIPPER. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SAID HE WASN'T. EMPLOYEE ALSO STATED IF BOSS WAS QUITING HE WAS GOING OUTSIDE TO HAVE ACCIDENT REPORT FILLED OUT.
