Stated he already had a hernia condition before this injury. This accident was not reportable until surgery was required by a doctor on a visit on 1/3/06. Surgery scheduled for 1/20/06, will result in loss time.
Employee was exiting off of grader, when he felt a pain in his back.
EE WAS TWISTING AND LIFTING IN A CONFINED SPACE RESULTING IN A MUSCLE PULL IN LOWER BACK. HE REPORTED THIS INJURY 01/15/03 AND HAS CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 06/12/03.
