EMPLOYEE WAS CLOSING A SLIDING DOOR WHICH WAS HAMPERED BY SNOW. EXTRA FORCE WAS NEEDED TO CLOSE THE DOOR AND AS THE DOOR FINALLY CLOSED, EMPLOYEE'S HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE FRA ME OF THE BUILDING.
