EE was placing cutting stock on a pallet with the hoist & clamp: EE placed the pc. of stock on the pallet but misjudged where the pallet was, and dropped the pc on EE's finger, causing a fracture & laceration to EE's right hand ring finger.

Employee was moving a piece of slate to the rubbish bin; a piece broke off and fell onto left foot, causing a fracture.
Unknown; EE did not report the injury to anyone, we learned of it on 4/5/06. EE's daughter states that he dropped a piece of slate stock he was wieghing, on his finger.
EE WAS PLACING A PIECE OF SLATE STOCK ONTO A PALLET; THE PIECE RECOILED AS IT WAS PUT DOWN, AND HIT THE EE IN THE LEFT PALM/WRIST AREA CAUSING A LACERATION.

WHILE TAKING A STONE OFF THE CONVEYOR, IT TIPPED& FELL ON HIS LEFT FOOT, FRACTURING IT.
