Using the tandem dump truck, there was a large cobblestone stuck in the tailgate - not allowing it to shut. I grabbed the side of the tailgate and swung it open, dislodging the stone. I attempted to let go of the tailgate to let it swing shut, however the weight of the tailgate caused it to swing too fast catching my hand and smashing my finger in the latch.

Miner was working inside the bed of a Tandem truck. Putting side boards on truck. Had forklift placing boards inside truck. Moved around forklift and hit head on a c-clamp attached to boards on truck. Trying to avoid forklift. Hit head on right-side.
