Stacking 8-9" cut wall stone onto pallet, stone piece he was stacking broke apart which then caught his finger tip between the stones and cut it off. It is his left hand middle finger.

On 7/25 EE said he was going to chiro. He did not say he got hurt during work. Not convinced this is work related injury because of what ee did over weekend on July 28, but found out on 8/22 that work. comp. insurance will be treating injury as work related until further investigation.

PICKED UP A PIECE OF STONE WHICH CRACKED WITH ONE PIECE DROPPING ON FOOT WITH SLIGHT FRACTURE. WILL BE BACK TO WORK IN 2-3 WEEKS WITH NO FURTHER OR FUTURE IMPAIRMENT.
