EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A GEAR FROM THE PIONEER JAW. THE GEAR SLIPPED FROM HIS HAND AND HIS 5TH FINGER WAS PINCHED BETWEEN THE GEAR AND I-BEAM, BROKE FINGER.
