WENT TO THE PINE-EAGLE CLINIC AFTER COMPLETING SHIFT, WERE CONDITION WAS DIAGNOISED AS A LOW BACK SPRAIN, MEDICATION WAS GIVEN FOR CONDITION, EMPLOYEE DID NOT MISS ANY TIME DUE TO INJURY.
