Cleaning out screen box, material broke loose causing a rock to hit employee in head.
Employee was changing v-belts on a crusher and fingers got stuck between the v-belts and the sheave.
Was uncovering conduit to be replaced in soupy mud and clay shoveling heavy material in awkward position and felt back pop in middle and lower part of back had to leave ditch and couldn't straighten up. Will give few days to see if better.
