EE TURNED TO PICK UP EMPTY BOX FROM FLOOR AND TWISTED BACK/PULLED MUSCLE. INJURY RESULTED FROM IMPROPER LIFTING PRACTICES. RETRAINED EE ON PROPER LIFTING TO PREVENT FUTURE OCCURENCE.
