TRUCK HOOD FELL ON EE'S LEFT INDEX FINGER TIP/POINT. HE HAS NOT RETURNED TO WORK AS OF THIS DATE AND IS RECEIVING PHYSICAL THERAPY. HE LOST THE NAIL AND PART OF THE SKIN BUT THERE WAS NO AMPUT ATION.
