EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING A HANG-UP OUT OF THE JOW CRUSHER BOX. WHEN HE REACHED IN TO GET STONE CAUSING ALL THE PROBLEM IT SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE STONE AND CRUSHER BOX OR CONVEY BELT.
