EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING MOVE A STEEL PLATE FROM ONE POINT TO ANOTHER. THE EMPLOYEE SET THE PLATE DOWN AND MOVED HIS HANDS. AWAY FROM THE PLATE. THE EMPLOYEE WENT BACK TO HIS PRIOR JOB AND APPROX. 3-5 MINUTES LATER OBSERVED BLOOD ON HIS GLOVE . HE THEN REMOVED HIS GLOVE AND OBSERVED INJURY. THE GLOVE ITSELF WAS NOT CUT NOR DID IT HAVE ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE. THE PLATE HAD A ROUGHT EDGE FRO
