EE's backdump was being worked on so the supervisor told EE to help clean up in shop. EE was sweeping the floor when his elbow accidently tipped over a container of tire seal and it splashed in his eyes. He then went and cleaned his eyes out with eye wash.

EE HAD BATTERY DROPPED ON RIGHT FOOT. EE DID NOT CHOOSE YTO GO TO DOCTORS, BUT SAID HE WOULD THAT NIGHT IF NEEDED TOO. EE WENT TO DOCTORS ON MORNING OF 8-31. EE HAD SOFT TISSUE DAMAGE. HE WAS NOT PUT OFF WORK-BUT ON LIGHT DUTY UNTIL 9=1=00, HE WAS TO RETURN TO REGULAR DUTY.
