WHILE CLEANING RUBBISH FROM UNDERNEATH A TRIMMING MACHINE WITH A SHOVEL, THE EMPLOYEE LOST THE SHOVEL DOWN THE SLATE CHUTE. HE WENT TO GRAB THE SHOVEL AND CAUGHT HIS RIGHT FOREARM ON A SHATE C HIP.
