PERSON WAS MOVING CONVEYOR. THE CONVEYOR STARTED TO ROLL AND PERSON RAN TO GRAB HOLD. THE CONVEYOR THREW PERSON INTO A PIPE. THE PERSON HAD A TORN SHIRT, HAD SCRAP MARKS ON HIS BACK. NO TI ME OFF, THE PERSON HAS WORKED EVERY WORKIGN DAY. COMPLAINED OF BACK PAIN ON 11-2-92. SEEN THE DOCTOR ON 10-31-92 AND TOOK EXRAYS.
