VICTIM WAS TRUCK DRIVER WHO NOTICED THE TRUCK WAS OVERHEATING. HE LOOSENED THE RADIATOR CAP. HOT STEAM HIT HIM IN THE FACE CAUSING HIM TO FALL FROM THE TRUCK TO THE GROUND. HE SUFFERED 3RD DEG REE BURNS ON HIS FACE AND ALSO HURT ABDOMEN.
