While placing a large glass panel into the dumpster, it slipped from his hand hitting the dumpster and breaking. A piece of glass sliced the arm an inch above the wrist on the underside of the arm.
Area not used in Plant B. EE climbed onto the cat walk circumventing the blocked off stairway. EE of his own acord decided to clean the 3/8 flat converyor cat walk in this blocked off area. He stepped onto an area with no grating. While falling he grabbed the safety railing on the cat walk, pulling the muscles in his left shoulder.
