Employee was sorting through pile of rocks with muck bucket placed to the side for employees to sort through scrap and usable material. Rocks ranged from 10-60 pounds. An hour after sorting material, employee had complained of a straining sensation coming from the groin area.

Lifting rock, it broke in half and one part landed on toe of left foot causing cut and pain

A NEW CONVEYOR WAS BEING ASSEMBLED. The employee went to move a section and the section moved, crushing 2 fingers

EE was moving a piece of flagstone with a partner when it slipped from their grip and fell, striking EE's foot. EE's left foot showed a small contusion on the top of EE's foot, above the steel-toe of EE's boot. X-ray revealed a non-displaced fracture of the second metatarsal. EE is non-weight-bearing on crutches. Modified duty will be assessed on Monday the 18th.

Lifting a skid plate on heavy equipment. Employee "twisted" to install a bolt and hurt his back.

While moving rocks on rollers for a hydraulic splitter, the ee's right middle finger tip was smashed between 2 2ocks. The finger was cleaned and x-rayed. The last bone in the finger is broken.

WORKER WAS POUNDING WEDGE INTO CRACK IN ROCK TO SPLIT ROCK WHEN A PIECE OF THE ROCK FLEW OFF AND LACERATED HIS SCALP.

WORKER WAS "WALKING" A PIECE OF FLAGSTONE TO ANOTHER LOCATION WHEN ONE CORNER OF STONE SLID BRINGING OTHER CORNER DOWN TO RAKE WORKERS SHIN AND CALF.

WORKER WAS MANUVERING ROCK ONTO A PALLET WHEN IT SLIPPED CAUSING WORKER TO STRAIN HIS BACK.
