Splitting stone, piece fell onto foot just above steel toe of boot. Noticed swelling later that day. Next day stated foot still swollen. Went to the Dr. on 11/11/05, broken foot.

TURNED AWAY FROM HIS PIECE OF STONE TO WALK AWAY AND THE PIECE OF STONE FELL ON BACK OF LEFT ANKLE. IT WAS SCRAPED & STARTED TO SWELL SLIGHTLY. APPLIED ICE & WAS TAKEN TO DOCTOR'S. FOLLOW UP APPT REPORTED HE WOULD BE BACK TO WORK ON 8/9/04 AND WOULD BE FINE.
