EE was using CAT Backhoe to clean up area, removing scrap conveyor belt. He scooped up some belt with the bucket of the backhoe and got out to push the remaining into the bucket.

Working on the counter weight belt B4. In process of removing an old guard, employee knocked a piece of steel loose. After being informed that the piece was loose, an approximately 20 lb piece of angle iron came down and hit his hand.

Employee bent over to pick up a torch and his back locked up.

Putting 10' Length of 2" conduit in storage rack approx 35lbs to 45 lbs.

EE WAS CARRYING A RAILROAD TIE WITH ANOTHER EE WHEN IT SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS FOOT. EE WAS WEARING STEEL TOE SHOES BUT RAILROAD TIE HIT THE UPPER PART OF HIS FOOT.

EE WAS WORKING MOVING OXYGEN BOTTLES HE WAS INSTRUCTRED TO GET HELP UNLOADING THE BOTTLES. APPARENTLY HE LIFTED BOTTLES HIMSELF
