EE was using CAT Backhoe to clean up area, removing scrap conveyor belt. He scooped up some belt with the bucket of the backhoe and got out to push the remaining into the bucket.

Employee bent over to pick up a torch and his back locked up.

EE WAS WORKING MOVING OXYGEN BOTTLES HE WAS INSTRUCTRED TO GET HELP UNLOADING THE BOTTLES. APPARENTLY HE LIFTED BOTTLES HIMSELF
