EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PULLING SLACK OFF OF THE FINES BELT OF THE 391 PORTABLE PLANT. AS HE WAS COMPLETING THIS TASK, A PIECE OF ANGLE IRON WAS BEING HOISTED AT THE SAME TIME. AS EE WAS MOVI NG OUT OF THE WAY OF THE STEEL PLACEMENT, IT CAME LOOSE FROM THE STRAPS STRIKING EE ON THE RIGHT FOREARM. IT CAUSED SOME MINOR BRUISING, A SCRATCH AND SOME SWELLING. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE ER FO
