Employee was carrying a 4" pipe about 8' long. He went to lay pipe on forks of a lull when he caught finger between pipe and end of fork on lull mashing his finger. He fractured tip of his little finger.

EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING CO-WORKER SET CRUSHER LID BACK ON CRUSHER. WHEN HE WAS POSITIONING THE LID, HE CAUGHT HIS RT. RING FINGER UNDER THE LID CAUSING A FRACTURE & FINGERNAIL REMOVAL WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.
