Employee stated he was getting off the Clark 275 Front End Loader, while climbing down the steps of the loader he felt a sharp pain in neck - then in back - going all the way to his legs. Loader was on a slight uneven surface, steps on loader were straight up and down.

**This accident was not reported until 12-11-2006** Employee stated that while shoveling she felt a sharp pain in her left shoulder. The area was muddy, slippering, and uneven. Employee has a pulled muscle in the backside of her left shoulder.

Employee was working on the header. The template that was being used fell off of the tandem roller and smashed his left hand, causing his hand to bruise and swell.
