L & E Mining · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was changing bottom stands on belt line. #2 was pulling stand out from under belt. Stand got caught and then as pulling hand it came loose and the frame on stand against hand hit 4" water line, resulting in hand being mashed between them.
