IE was moving oil cans to a pallet when EE pulled a muscle in EE's back.

Was working on the belt line, a 2" deluge line hit employee on the head on 2/10/2021. Was seen and released by a doctor on the same day. Had a follow up with family doctor on 2/15/2021 and was removed from work.
On September 23 2020 employee hurt shoulder when taking out a water line from a tank on the water car and continued to work to October 28 2020. On October 29 2020 employee is having surgery done on the shoulder.
