Employee was rolling a PC2000 boom pin around on a pallet when his hand slipped off the edge of the pin. When his hand went over the edge of the pin there was a thin piece of metal exposed that went through his glove and the middle finger on his right hand. The employee was transported to the er, the metal was pulled out of his finger, drs opened the wound for complete cleaning.

The injured employee, a supervisor, states he was lifting a bucket tooth for a front-end loader when felt pain in his left shoulder. He continued to work, but went off work for a surgical repair of his shoulder on 08/14/2012.

A tech mechanic was removing a rock knocker on a rear tire of a rock truck, employee picked the rock knocker up and was putting it into the rear of his truck and was cut on the right forearm requiring 5 stitches at Brookwood ER in Birmingham. Employee did not miss any work.

Employee was released and told to see his family DR. and could report back to work on 9/26/11. Employee had previous lumbar strain. Reel on truck worked properly.
