Showing all 5A maintenance procedure was needed to be performed on the drill requiring the use of cribbing for safety. EE went under the drill to help with stacking the cribbing. While under the machine on their knees EE rotated their body to pick up a piece of cribbing to put on the stack and felt a very sharp pain in their back. EE notified co-worker that they just hurt their back.
The ball hitch of a trailer did not completely engage onto injured person's pick up truck. While attempting to see what the problem was, the hitch dropped into position and pinched off the tip of left middle finger.
