EE was shoveling material and hurt shoulder.
EE was disconnecting rail cars from a locomotive and struck self in the chest with the release handle, causing pain. EE did not report the incident to management until 6/29/2022.

In removing the table of a VSI crusher the rigging was a little off center. When the table cleared the shaft it swung into employee sitting on the side of the crusher pinching their left foot/ankle between table and anvil ring.
IE and another EE were inspecting The VSI crusher. EE was on top pulling on the handle and as the door lifted IE was helping by pushing on the bottom of the lid. When the door was partially open IE thought EE had control and quit helping and the weight was to much for EE to handle. The door slipped out of EE's hand and fell onto IE's right hand.
Employee was using a water hose to wash off a slab when water sprayed back into their face. The employee noticed a slight irritation in the right eye shortly after. The condition worsened after they arrived home. The employee reported the incident the following morning. Employee was then taken to an urgent care provider were and was prescribed antibiotic eye drops.
