Employee was shoveling off the primary belt at the crusher and when EE went through the railing to get onto the belt, EE felt a burning sensation in EE's back. This injury was originally a first aid incident, but on 6/17/25 the employee was taken out of work.

Employee was moving a 10 foot piece of 2X4 box beam and felt something snap in EE's left arm. Employee was evaluated in the ER and referred to an orthopedic for further evaluation. Orthopedic diagnosed injury as ruptured tendon and scheduled surgery for 8/28/2018.
