EE was hanging miner cable on the section with 2 other EE's when EE felt a pain in EE's right arm. Later in the shift EE's fingers on EE's right hand started becoming numb. EE was using proper lifting techniques and had PPE on. The cable had tension prior to lifting.

Employee was performing maintenance on Cat992. While removing retaining cap from tilt cylinder pin cap fell down striking and lacerating right pinky finger requiring 4 stitches.
