Showing all 4EE was holding the end of a grease hose on to a grease fitting when grease shot out and went through EE's glove and into the end of EE's finger. EE received 2 stitches in the finger where the doctor lanced it open to clean the wound.
EE was changing oil on a rock truck and was retrieving a ladder from under the truck. EE picked up the ladder and turned and hit the side of their head on the bumper.
The EE was moving a full piece of 60lb rail to cut a section off of it. When EE slid it to the side it fell down smashing the end of EE's left middle finger.
