Showing all 3Employee was hanging pipe and EE's hand slipped off and EE cut right elbow on a pipe hanger. We cleaned it and put super glue on it. The employee was fine for a few days. 10 days later the employee had an infection. EE was taken to work med and they prescribed Cephalexin. The employee returned to work with no restrictions.
Employee had concrete dust get in EE's eye. Site personnel irrigated the concrete out. We took employee to Workmed and they sent EE to an Ophthalmologist. The Ophthalmologist prescribed Azithromycin gel to prevent infection. Employee returned to work full duty the next scheduled shift.
