Employee was fueling and greasing a D10T. When the employee climbed onto the dozer, they felt lower back pain. The employee strained the lower back muscles and could not return to work.

Employee was cleaning coal spill with a shovel. The employee noticed lower back pain at home after shift. Employee thought it would heal over the long weekend. On 12/3/2025 the employee sought medical attention and then reported the injury to Supervision on 12/3/2025. Employee will start losing time 12/8/2025.

Employee was removing boom shims from a 6060 Shovel. The shim moved unexpectedly and pinched the employee's finger between it and a bolt. The employee received 3 stitches in the left ring finger.

While the Employee was hooking up a strap to lift a piece of the equipment while in the process the strap came loose and the hook on the strap struck the employee in the teeth causing one to split and chipping another.

While assisting to lift a Highwall Drill drill bit into the back of a vehicle the employee felt a pull in lower back. Employee did not think much about it and the pain grew worse with movement. After work on Thursday the pain grew worse and employee did not return on Friday. Went to doctor and was restricted until 10/17/23 when employee returned to work.

The employee was lifting a pallet off of a rack when the pallet broke and caused pain in the left shoulder. The employee was checked at the local hospital and returned to duty. The employee followed up with an Orthopedic at a later date and was told has a torn Labrum. The employee continued to work until surgery on 5/26/2022.

The employee brushed against a service truck leaf spring that was stored in the Warehouse. The leaf spring began to fall and the employee reached out to grab it. In doing so the leaf spring pinched employee's right middle finger between it and a desk. The pinch resulted in a laceration that needed 7 stitches to close.

The employee claims EE was descending the stairway of a 793 Haul Truck in the maintenance shop. When EE made the last step to the concrete EE felt a burning sensation in EE's left foot. The initial diagnosis is a partial tear of the left Achilles tendon. The employee is awaiting a case number from Workers Comp in order to schedule EE's MRI to verify the tear.

The center cutting edge on a scraper was being adjusted to the next set of retaining holes. While rolling the edge over to clean the back of the edge it shifted pinching the middle finger on the left hand causing a laceration.
