Employee was lifting a set of troughing rollers when he discovered a bees nest on the rollers. He attempted to throw the nest away from himself and in the process of throwing felt a sharp pain in his back on the right side. After this incident, the pain was constant.

HE PULLED LOCK BOLTS OUT OF A CONVEYOR BEFORE ITWAS HOOKED UP TO THE CRANE. WITHOUT SUPPORTS, ITFELL BACKWARD HITTING HIM IN THE HEAD.
INJURY REPORTED TO EMPLOYER ON 11/14/00. LIFTING SCREENS AT WASH PLANT THROUGHOUT NIGHT. RE-INJURED BACK. ORIGINAL INJURY OCCURRED IN 1991.
