INJURED EE WRONGLY USED FREE SPINNING ROLLERS AS A MEANS TO STABILIZE HIMSELF TO PUSH BLOCKS DOWN CONVEYORS. HIS HAND WAS PINCHED BY A BLOCK ENTERING SAWING AREA.
