EE STATED THAT HE WAS SHOVELING MATERIAL WHEN THE SHOVEL HIT A ROCK AND JAMMED HIS RIGHT ARM. HE DID NOT REPORT THIS UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON. AFTER HE REPORTED IT TO THE FOREMAN, THE FOREMAN TO OK HIM TO HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. HE WAS TOLD TO STAY OFF WORK FOR 7 DAYS AND TO FOLLOW UP TREATMENT WITH HIS PHYSICIAN.
