EE was carrying a piece of steel up the steps to the screen deck and felt a pull in his groin area. He did not report this incident until 2/18/05 at which time he was taken to the clinic. EE was referred to a surgeon on 2/22/05 and it was determined not to be a hernia but a groin strain. Currently Earl is on restricted duty, assisting other employee's with plant maintenance.
