EE was carrying a piece of steel up the steps to the screen deck and felt a pull in his groin area. He did not report this incident until 2/18/05 at which time he was taken to the clinic. EE was referred to a surgeon on 2/22/05 and it was determined not to be a hernia but a groin strain. Currently Earl is on restricted duty, assisting other employee's with plant maintenance.

EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING CONVEYER ROLLERS AND SAID HE FELT PAIN IN GROIN. EE DID NOT REPRT THIS INCIDENT UNTIL 5-18-02 AT 1:00 PM. THIS WAS A RE-OCCURING INJURY THAT HAPPENED BACK ON 1-28-02 AND WAS TREATED BY HIS FAMILY DOCTOR.
