INJURED WAS CLIMBING INTO THE CAB OF DOZER #900 AND STRUCK HISRIGHT KNEE ON THE STEERING WHEEL. INJURY DID NOT MATURE TO REQUIRING ATTENTION UNTIL 10/22/83 AT WHICH TIME MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS WAS CELLULITIS WITH NO INFECTION. FLUID WAS DRAINED OFF TO RELEASE PAIN AND INJURED REMAINED OFF WORK 5 WORKING DAYS TO RECOOPERATE.

INJURED WAS ROLLING "OVERSIZE" ROCK OFF GRIZZLEY AT PORTABLE CRUSHER WHEN A ROCK ROLLED IN SUCHY A MANNER AS TO TRAP AND SMASH HIS RIGHT LOWER LEG BETWEEN THE ROCK AND THE GRIZZLEY METAL BACK PLATE.
