EMPLOYEE WAS PR9PARING TO PUT A QUART OF OIL INTO THE ENGINE OF THE REPAIR TRUCK. AS EMPLOYEE GRABBED TOP SECTION OF GRILLE HOUSING TO PULL HIMSELF UP THE HOOD SPRING BROKE THE HOOD FELL HOOD LATCH CAUGHT A3D PUNCTURED RIGHT HAND.
